Induction is the future of cooking. This modern and sustainable cooking method has been gaining popularity in the kitchen world for years. Induction is not only environmentally friendly, but also practical and safe. This especially applies to the use of induction in an outdoor kitchen. This becomes possible with the induction and teppanyaki hobs from Indu+. This unique Belgian brand offers high-quality hobs for outdoor use.
High heat on an induction is considered the highest settings. Always keep a close eye on your meat or other ingredients on the induction plate when you cook on the highest setting.
An induction hob in an outdoor kitchen consumes on average between 1.4 and 2.2 kWh per hour. With daily use of an average of 30 minutes, this means a consumption of 0.9 kWh per day.
